The company constructed a significant building in central Christchurch in 1903-1904. This three-story brick structure, now known as the P. & D. Duncan Building, stands as a heritage site because of its historical and social importance, representing the industrial era in that part of the city. The building, located on St Asaph Street, was damaged during the 2010 and 2011 Canterbury earthquakes, but underwent extensive heritage restoration.
