Situated on Main South Road in Rakaia between Christchurch and Ashburton. Plucks Engineering is
proudly a local family-owned New Zealand business with a solid engineering history dating back to 1966.
Plucks have been manufacturing our own Heavy Water Ballast Land Rollers since 1966, and we manufacture a good range of options for Land Rollers, including Spring-Loaded Drawbars, Double Drum, Triple Drum, extra-wide, and narrow single drum Vineyard Rollers.
We've been manufacturing and developing Dairy Effluent Products for over 33 years. Products include Effluent Irrigators, Pond Stirrers, Effluent Screening Plants, Effluent Pond Pumps, and Walkway Rafts, and we invented the Concrete Enviro Saucer™.
Servicing of Dairy, Poultry, and Pig Effluent is a big part of our weekly work. We operate with two 4WD, 6-ton HIAB/Palfinger service trucks.
We manufacture our own range of Heavy Cultivation Equipment, Plucks Square Bale Feeders, and Portable Stock Water Troughs. We are the NZ-licensed manufacturer and distributor of Benic Calf Trailers™, as well as repair daily of all sorts of Farm Machinery in our workshop.
We have an Extensive Parts Showroom to support our customers' farm machinery's consumable parts and our busy workshop. For example, we stock bearings and belts, pipe fittings and hoses, cultivator points and mower knives, to name just a few.
Plucks are also agents for Hydraulink Hydraulic Hose Repairs and can repair hoses while our customers wait.
