Not Every Farm Runs Standard Sizes

Plucks Engineering Builds Custom Rollers to Suit Your Farm
Can Plucks Build a Roller to Suit My Farm?
Not every farm runs standard sizes – gateways, paddock shapes, and vineyard rows all have their own demands. Plucks Engineering has built its reputation on solving exactly these problems, manufacturing rollers to order from their New Zealand workshop.
Custom Build Options
Every roller can be specified to suit your operation:
- Any width or diameter
- Plate thickness: 16mm, 20mm, or 25mm
- Single, double, or triple drum configuration
- Narrow-frame builds for vineyard rows
- Custom colours
Example: 7.1m Triple Drum Roller
For large-scale operations, Plucks builds rollers like their 7.1m triple drum – covering 7.1 metres per pass with hydraulic fold in/out operated from the cab. Serious coverage for serious operators.
Trade-Ins Welcome
If you’re upgrading, Plucks accepts trade-ins on new heavy rollers. It’s a straightforward way to move into a model that better suits your current needs.
Refurbish or Retrofit Your Existing Roller
Got older gear worth saving? Plucks can refurbish your current roller – new toe eye, paint, and frame – or retrofit a spring-loaded or bolt-on drawbar. Leaking drums aren’t a write-off either. Keeping quality equipment in service is often better value than replacing it.
